Download and Installation Instructions.
As this process bypasses the Google Play Store and its restrictions, this is mostly a manual procedure.
The Apps above are contained within .ZIP files which must be loaded onto your device. The basic installation process for ANY new application is :
1. Download
2. Extract
3. Install
DOWNLOAD:

To download an app, click on the app button above and the system will automatically start the download process. Unless the location was changed, the .ZIP file will be placed into a folder named "Download" on your device.

EXTRACT:

Depending upon your Android version and/or device, you may need to move the ZIP file into a folder other than than "Download".

Click on the ZIP file and you will be prompted to "Extract" the .APK file.
​
INSTALL:
Once the .APK file has been extracted, click on it and you will prompted to "Install" the App.

NOTE:
Because some unscrupulous people distribute Apps that are harmful to your device and/or personal data, the Android OS may ask you several times if you are sure you want to install these Apps. This is a personal decision. TLC will NEVER distribute harmful objects. These App are safe, but those are just words. YOU will have to decide if you want to place the Apps onto your system.
